Project work, plus ongoing managed support.
Most engagements start small — an assessment, a migration, a leadership briefing — and grow into ongoing relationships when that makes sense. Many clients ultimately move to our managed services program for day-to-day support.
How we work
Every engagement begins with a no-charge conversation. We want to understand the shape of the organisation, who uses the technology day-to-day, and where the friction is. From there we propose a scoped piece of work with a fixed fee or, for longer relationships, a monthly retainer.
We are primarily a Microsoft 365 and Azure shop, with full support for Google Workspace where it suits the client. All work is delivered remotely from Meaford, Ontario. We are deliberately small — there is no junior team and no handoffs. The person you meet is the person doing the work.
Scoped engagements.
Microsoft 365 assessments
A clear-eyed review of how you are using the platform today, which licenses are right for your size, and the two or three changes that will make the biggest difference.
Tenant migrations & setup
Moving from Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, or a fragmented set of tools into a single, well-configured Microsoft 365 tenant. Or the reverse, when Google is the better fit.
Security & identity
Conditional access, MFA rollout, sensible data loss prevention — the security posture clients, funders, and auditors increasingly expect, without slowing your staff down.
Azure foundations
Static websites, file storage, identity, lightweight automation. We help you use Azure for what it is good at and avoid the bill shock that catches first-time users.
Leadership briefings
Translating technology decisions into the language your board or executive team actually uses. Risk, cost, capability — not acronyms.
Fractional IT advisory
Monthly retainers for organisations that need a senior voice in the room but cannot justify a full-time hire.
Ongoing IT support.
For clients who want a steady hand on day-to-day operations, we offer a managed services program on a fixed monthly fee. It is designed for organisations too small for a full-time IT department but large enough that things must not break.
What it covers: proactive security monitoring and patching across endpoints and cloud tenants, backup verification, user account lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers), routine support requests from staff, license optimisation reviews, and a regular check-in with leadership to flag risks before they become incidents.
How it is priced: a per-user monthly fee scoped to your environment after the initial assessment. No surprise invoices, no per-ticket charges, no padded hourly billing.
